Bentley Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Bentley’s MicroStation, OpenRoads and ProjectWise software. Your expertise will empower engineers, architects, and designers to create innovative infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include, user support, sharing technical insights on Bentley projects, and collaboratively developing CADD best practices, training programs, and standards etc.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Bentley products including ProjectWise.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, resolve queries, and offer guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user proficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.
  • Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards.
  • Thorough knowledge Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience using Bentley products.
  • Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads and ProjectWise software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for staying abreast of technology developments.
  • Proficiency in highway and/bridge design processes within OpenRoads Designer or OpenBridge.
  • Worked with OpenRoads: including alignments, coordinate systems, creating models and sheets.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, multitasking environment.
  • Comprehensive oral and written communication abilities.
  • Impressive interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or State Equivalency Certificate required
  • Must be a US Citizen.

 Applicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:

  • Experience with using/configurating ProjectWise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Exposure to programming.
